I help women, men, and busy professionals of all ages get stronger, fitter, and more confident through EMS training — a faster, more efficient approach to fitness that fits real life.
My journey with EMS began while traveling with my family, when I tried a session at a local studio. As a technologist and a busy professional, the efficiency immediately caught my attention. After experiencing the results firsthand, I became passionate about helping others achieve meaningful progress without sacrificing hours each week.
At BODY20 Newtown, my mission is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every client feels empowered to improve their health, build confidence, and enjoy fitness again. I truly believe that fitness should work for your lifestyle — not compete with it — and I’m excited to help more people transform their health through EMS training.
